Quilting
I hand stitch each piece using reverse-appliqué technique. In parallel to the window motifs, in reverse-appliqué each shape is cut out of the front most layer of fabric to expose the layer underneath. To make the stars and eye, I embroidered thousands upon thousands of metallic French knots.
